1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from eatjorr.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Jorr LLC, a New York limited liability company ("Jorr," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Products

Jorr offers raw honey spreads for direct purchase through the Site. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Our products contain honey and may contain traces of other allergens. Please review the full ingredient list on your product label before consuming. If you have known allergies or dietary restrictions, contact us before purchasing.

Raw honey is not recommended for children under 12 months of age.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal right to use the payment method provided. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases where:

Product pricing or descriptions contain errors
Suspected fraud or unauthorized use of payment methods is detected
We are unable to fulfill your order due to supply or production constraints

Payment is processed securely through Square. Jorr does not store your full payment card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Jorr is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order — we are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped.

Jorr is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed carrier delivery.

5. Refunds & Damaged Orders

All sales are final. Because Jorr products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@eatjorr.com with:

Your order number
A photo of the damaged product and packaging
A brief description of the issue

At our discretion, we will offer a replacement or store credit for verified damaged or defective items. We are not able to issue refunds or replacements for orders reported more than 48 hours after confirmed delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names, photography, and the Jorr brand identity — is the property of Jorr LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

7. Wholesale Inquiries

Wholesale inquiry forms submitted through the Site do not constitute a binding agreement. Wholesale orders are subject to separate terms agreed upon in writing between Jorr LLC and the purchasing party. Jorr reserves the right to decline any wholesale inquiry at its discretion.

8. Email & Marketing Communications

By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive marketing communications from Jorr LLC. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. We use Klaviyo to manage email communications and will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Subscribing to our email list does not create a purchase obligation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products and services offered through it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jorr LLC and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York.

12. Changes to These Terms

Jorr reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
